Products and Certifications
Chicken, certified antibiotic-free and exempted of animal by-products. The eggs are segregated first at the hatcheries, then at the producers. Upon arrival at the processing plant, these chickens are again segregated to ensure effective traceability of finished products.
Due to an increasing demand by our customers and consumers, Giannone Poultry has transferred many of its’ producers to grow "Certified Humane" chicken.
We are Halal Certified and are able to provide the Muslim community with high-quality products that meet their requirements.
We have met the requirements to obtain an organic certification for both the commercialization and our production.
Our Varieties of Chicken
All our chickens are chilled in our exclusive air-chilling process with no water added. This ultra-modern system is greatly superior to the regular water-based method. Air-chilled chicken conserves the meat's natural juices, preserving also its precious enzymes and proteins. Eliminating water from the process reduces bacterial contamination and significantly extends the product's shelf life.

Our Seasoned Chicken
Our unique seasoning application method guarantees consistent seasoning for each chicken. The seasoning recipes used are developed by Giannone or are the customer's own. Our unique method guarantees the same recipe for each chicken, every time.Available varieties
Our Vacuum-sealed Chicken
We offer genuine "Skinpack" vacuum-sealed packaging. Hermetically sealed meat has a longer shelf-life than gas-packaged meat. This is why there is no gas added to our totally natural vacuum-sealed products packaged by Giannone.
In addition to extending conservation, our method enhances the flavour of seasoned chicken by accentuating the action of the spices or marinade.Available varieties
